大学病院２５年、総合病院の外科部長として１５年間勤務し多くの患者様と向き合い、在宅医療の必要性を感じ、令和３年１月に野田市における在宅医療を応援するため、訪問診療を主としたクリニックを開業いたしました。
開業以来、患者様やそのご家族様に寄り添う心を大切にし、住み慣れた場所で安心して暮らせるために私たちができることは何かを考え、患者様と真摯に向き合ってきました。より良い在宅医療の姿を追求し、ひとりでも多くの方がご自宅で安心して暮らせる社会を実現したい。それが私たちの願いです。
このほど、さらなる地域医療の充実をめざして令和４年９月よりレントゲン撮影システム、内視鏡システム、超音波検査機器、AED等を完備し、一般外来を本格的に開始いたしました。
質の高い医療を提供し、地域の皆様が気軽に安心して立ち寄れるクリニックをめざしてがんばります。よろしくお願いいたします。
For 25 years I worked at a university hospital and then for the next 15 years as chief of surgery at a general hospital. Through these experiences,I came to realize how important home medical care is. In January 2021,I opened a clinic in Noda City to support patients at home,focusing on home visits.
Since opening,we have always tried to stay close to our patients and their families,thinking about how we can help them live safely and comfortably in the place they know best—their own home. Our wish is to create a community where more people can feel secure living at home.
In September 2022,we expanded our services by adding X-ray,endoscopy,ultrasound,and AED equipment,and began offering general outpatient care.
We will continue to provide high-quality medical services and aim to be a clinic where everyone in the community feels welcome and at ease. We look forward to supporting you.
